I offer a free phone consultation which can help you by giving you the opportunity to ask questions about my practice approach, the overall therapy process, and/or any additional questions you may have about therapy. This consultation helps me obtain a better understanding of your needs. Ultimately, it helps us decide if your needs can be suitably met by my services. If we decide that they can be, we will set up an initial appointment.
During our initial appointment, I will ask questions to learn more about your particular situation, will develop a more in-depth view of who you are, and ultimately together create a working treatment plan that will identify the goals, changes, improvements, and/or understanding you hope to develop through counseling.
