Specialties

I offer a free consultation which can help you by giving you the opportunity to ask questions about my practice approach, the overall therapy process, and/or any additional questions you may have about therapy. This consultation helps me obtain a better understanding of your needs. Ultimately, it helps us decide if your needs can be suitably met by my services.

During our initial appointment, I will ask questions to learn more about your particular
situation, will develop a more in-depth view of who you are, and ultimately together create a working treatment plan that will identify the goals, changes, improvements, and/or understanding you hope to develop through counseling.

In addition to providing psychotherapy, I also provide clinical supervision or consultation, depending on the individual’s needs, to all experience levels of clinicians and students.  I am interested in working with clinicians and students who are looking to gain insight, strengthen their clinical skills, and challenge themselves in their work with their clients in the context of a supportive, interactive supervisory experience.
