Town Day September 2008
My practice partner, Jill Rozell, and I participated in Arlington Town Day this year with a booth named, 'Wellness & Counseling of Arlington". We offered sachet bags filled with lavender in order to remind community members to take a moment to take care of themselves. Lavender was used because its aroma has been found to promote relaxation and calm.
